Diller’s SLA model for customer support and marketing assistance
- At Diller er are dedicated to providing our customers with excellent customer service at all times. We offer free onboarding to all customers and 3 months of free support.
- After 3 months, we still provide support completely free of charge, but if you desire “fast track” access to our support team, we have the option to be extra available.
- If you need extra help improving your website, setting up email campaigns, creating reports, or anything else, we are happy to assist! We have set low hourly rates in the true Diller style, but we do need to charge a little bit 🙂

Additional information:
- POS support will be provided through your cash register supplier.
- For assistance beyond included services, please contact us for separate pricing.
- Everyone gets free access to FAQ and our online guidance.
- Support for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Woocommerce, or PowerBi: Diller is not responsible for resolving issues with third-party integrations, as such matters should initially be resolved through the providers of the service.
- * Support for MarketingPlatform costs Euro 69/USD 69/SEK 690/NOK 690 per hour when it is Diller Support that assists you, but increases to Euro 179/USD 179/SEK 1790/NOK 1790 per hour if the MarketingPlatform Support team is involved.
