We are introducing “Tap to Id and Pay”
At Diller, we continuously focus on improving the customer experience for members of the loyalty program, as well as making it as simple as possible for store employees to manage the program at the cash register. Therefore, we actively work with partners in payment solutions and banking to make Diller even easier to use.
With “Tap to Id,” there is no longer a need to ask for the customer’s mobile or personal identification number, as this is done automatically when they tap their bank card against the terminal. “Tap to Id and Pay” means that everything happens in one transaction—it’s as simple as that!
Store employees automatically receive information about customers’ membership status, benefits, coupons, or bonus levels at the register and can ask if they would like to use their benefits.
Diller has full integration with POS systems, ensuring that everything works seamlessly between the terminal, cash register, and loyalty program.
